Designed to better your daily routine, the wellness space offers communal use of the traditional cedar rock sauna, steam room, and hot and cold contrast pools. Remedial massages and infrared saunas sessions are also available for private bookings.

Spend 60 minutes as you please moving through the shared wellness space. Come solo, bring a friend, or make a new one. Chatting about the day is encouraged.

Quiet catch ups are encouraged. Speaking respectfully is enforced.
Bookings required. Walk ins welcome when capacity allows.
Suitable swimwear worn in the communal facilities.
Towels used in the sauna.
Must be 16+ years of age.
No large groups.
Infrared Sauna
Prefer less heat (~70℃) and the same sweat? Book in for a 30 or 45 minute infrared sauna session. Choose your preferred lighting, and zen out to music, a movie, or meditations.

Appropriate swimwear is required to use the facilities, and the shower must be used each time before entering the pools. It’s best to BYO towel, but we also have towel hire available.
We’re a social space, but we do like to keep noise to a minimum, so please speak mindfully and respectfully.

Yes, in the best interests of our members and guests, all visitors at The Daily wellness space must be 16+
